Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel are set to star in Mother Mary, the next film from writer and director David Lowery (The Green Knight). The melodrama will follow the relationship between a pop star (Hathaway) and a fashion designer (Coel). The film will feature songs written by Charli XCX and Jack Antonoff, and a score by Daniel Hart. This is Lowery's third collaboration with A24 after The Green Knight and A Ghost Story.
