It looks like Amanda Bynes has been hospitalized again. Her conservatorship was amicably cancelled/removed by her parents about a year ago in March 2022 (SOURCE) and she graduated from fashion school in 2019 (SOURCE).
OP's comments I think it's not uncommon for people who have been medicated for mental health issues to begin to feel stable with meds, and then go off of them thinking everything's okay. I also know from experience that medication levels can always fluctuate or need tweaking, no matter how long you've been on them. Wishing Amanda well! I think her family has had her back in a respectful way and wanted her to get genuine help so she can be independent, and OP hopes she can get there once more.
