My one remaining conspiracy theory is that I still think Keira lies about her age. It would be weird to lie starting at 16, but it just feels odd that she was getting booked for stuff like that while still a literal child. Wouldn't child labor laws have prevented her from doing Pirates for the hours they needed her for?

Like -- I'm not necessarily certain, but I feel as though I always do a double-take when I see her age because I've always imagined her to be like two to three years older than she is.

She was 17 by the time she started doing PotC so she can stay on set longer. Plus she's actually not in a lot of the 1st movie if you look at it again.
