If you don't know, she's the lady who created Sailor Moon.

If it makes you feel any better, she started Sailor Moon because she had pitched a different series to a manga publishing company and they were like "eh". So she pivoted with their suggestions and they were like "oh ok this has potential" and started developing the anime pretty much off the plot. (Season 2 is infamously slow to start because she was still writing the story as they were trying to animate it.)

She's very talented as a storyteller and a stunning artist, but she also had luck and the backing of a very large media machine to scale the franchise up to what it is.
