That being said I don't know why he agreed to do an interview when he clearly didn't want to do one, these red carpet interview questions are never that deep. Just walk by like some of the other stars do

Tbf I think she was a particularly bad interviewer. I'm guessing he thought these interviewers would at least be experienced and know who he was.

she really was. the whole "i love a thriller" bit felt so forced and just highlighted how fake and ostentatious the whole thing is.

I think they can skip the interview line-up completely and go in a back way. That's what some do if they're only presenting.

right?! Isn't there a famous vanity fair after party? And his answer to 'what's your favorite thing about coming to the oscars' is vanity fair. I can see your brain connecting that first to an after party. It's not like they were at the Met gala or the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony lol.
