I share a balcony with my next door neighbor and I had to call the landlord because he'd constantly be smoking outside on it, without realizing- or caring??- that it blows in through my balcony door. literally made my chest hurt!!

people used to smoke right outside my first floor apartment window and I'd just straight up ask them to move. or if I was feeling really antisocial I'd close my window and they'd always move after that lol

I had the same problem; a woman from the building next door would constantly come smoke under my windows. I politely asked her to stop the first time, she stopped for like 2 weeks but then decided to return at which point I just fucking unloaded on her. She crosses the street when she sees me now LOL.
