So, Beverly Crusher has a storyline in which she actually has some action scenes. Imho Jeri Ryan was born to play this version of Seven of Nine and Jonathan Frakes is bursting with humor and love in every single shot while Patrick Steward smiles at all of them ruefully, content. What's not to love here? I'm old enough to remember the original series, loved TNG and Voyager but this is like the icing on the cake. Give me all of this and some popcorn.

I know it’s only been two episodes but so far I’m really enjoying S3 because it feels like such a love letter to TNG (plus Seven and Rafi).

I might dare to watch it. TNG and and all subsequent ST shows were such a big part of my childhood/teen years, that I don’t want to have it spoiled. But this sounds promising

I love that Gates McFadden was so eager to do stunts and kick some ass! My favorite thing about the interviews above is how much they clearly adore each other and are still friends after all these years. Add me to your group text so I can just make heart eyes at everyone being adorable together!

I saw the first one a few days late so I didn't bother leaving a comment in the post but the secret son stuff...what??!?? Goofy.

I'll leave this vague but when we saw who saved Rafi?! I yelled. So fun seeing that character again.

Seven's great, Riker's great, even that dickhead captain is starting to amuse me.
