Slim Shady isn't letting The Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon trademark their podcast name: Reasonably Shady. According to legal documents, the rapper, 50, said he believes his brand will be damaged if the trademark is granted - and that it could cause "confusion" for those who have known him by his Slim Shady and Shady monikers.

Eminem (born Marshall Mathers) says he has exclusively used the term "Shady" and "Slim Shady" since 1996. He also owns the trademark for both to use on merch and his records. "The marks Slim Shady and Shady have become and are an extremely valuable symbol of Mathers, his reputation and goodwill," the documents read.

Dixon, 43, and Bryant, 52, filed to trademark their podcast's name with the intent of selling products a year ago, according to the Patent and Trademark Office. The reality stars launched the podcast in 2021. Reps for Eminem and both reality stars did not immediately respond to comment.

Well, looks like they got a little storyline for next season so they don't have discuss their own personal lives. Unless Robyn sells those details behind a paywall too. 🤷🏽‍♂️
