I quit watching The Walking Dead when Carl Glenn died
i knew based on the comics that he died, it was the way the show handled that whole scene that turned me off. i knew i made the right choice when i heard they killed carl though, especially with the way they strung chandler along and he'd even moved to the area to film and they killed his character.
I offer the opposite situation. I watched the first season of TWD, got bored and dumped it but remembered Glenn as one of the brightest spots. When I heard what had happened to him I got mad on his behalf and swore to never watch the rest of the show. Fast-forward a whole bunch of years later and I watched it backwards from the last seasons to s5 and I'm not even that mad anymore. idk my brain is weird lmao
Omg yes! Beth’s death was such bullshit. I also remember the damn official instagram spoiled her death for everyone on the west coast because they posted a goodbye after it aired on the east coast.

I came in knowing The Walking Dead would be the first comment. Killing Glenn killed the series
