Because of course Disney flat-out ran of ideas, they're making a live-action adaptation of 'Lilo & Stitch' (this was announced 5 years ago, but now they're revving it up for production), and the first person cast so far is... Zach Galifianakis, in an unknown role.
'Marcel the Shell With Shoes On' director Dean Fleischer Camp will take the helm and this is meant to go directly to Disney+, no theatrical release allegedly.
Casting is underway for Lilo and her older sister. Stitch, naturally, will be pure CGI.
