The way the article frames her statements is kind of odd.

“I’ve felt passed over on things, for sure,” Long said. “There have
definitely been moments like, ‘Why wasn’t I considered for that?’ Like,
why wasn’t I considered for ‘Avatar’? I think Zoe’s amazing. But I
wasn’t even a topic of discussion, you know?”

It seems to me as if she was using Avatar and Zoe as an example, not being genuinely annoyed she didn't get to try out for it. "why am I not in the convo for sci-fi movies?", so to speak. Hopefully she can be a part of #5.
