Andrew Schulz (who is also in the movie) says the only time their characters kiss in the movie is computer generated

So is this like the last episode of "The God Wife". They disliked each other that much? Why would they only kiss once in the film?

Ugh. This beef still breaks my heart. Their friendship in the earlier seasons was honestly so refreshing and it’s so annoying that whatever happened off-screen ruined it.

I hate when drama is blamed squarely on a woman, but I think the rumor was that Julianna was constantly having people's roles shortened/lessened/removed based on personal dislike.

Julianna was a known terror IIRC, Archie just got the worst of it

Archie doesn't have the pull to do something like this either so unless she was really awful to Julianna this is def not her fault (and there hasn't even been a hint that this is true, most of her other co-stars seem really warm with their praise, even getting in subtle digs against Julianna).
