I only learned of buccal fat surgery after I noticed a change in Erin Moriarty's face (Starlight from The Boys) when I noticed how different she looked in season 3. I'm not even anti-plastic surgery but I really hate this trend.

It makes her look almost frail? She's was already a skinny mini and she looked even smaller in the third season it made me sad

100%! I didn't even know it was a thing until season 3 of The Boys. I loved her fuller face; it fit her features so well. I also like Katherine Heigl's fuller face look. It's very attractive.

I dont get why you would do this between seasons on a popular show. all anyone is talking about is how she "fucked up her face", its had the exact opposite effect and it limits the kind of roles an actor can take by a lot. everything period will look ridiculous like nicole kidmam in the northman, except nicole kidman has her name and can do what she wants.

Crystal Reed looked good in Swamp Thing. I don't know what she has done to herself between that and the Teen Wolf reunion movie. She looks totally different. Like she melted.

she did, im sad that didnt get more seasons, i was weirdly into it. shes really changed everything and her lips and cheeks look painful. i only follow her on insta and she posts mainly selfies and like affirmations and self help quotes, i think she has some unresolved stuff but i dont want to archair her. its just wild that she can be so gorgeous to me and her not see it.

A friend though they were making Starlight look sicker and older on purpose, and wondered where the plot was going to go with that, until we told him that no, Erin did that to her face on purpose. :(

I was late to the party on this show and all I could think during s1 was how unbelievably beautiful this woman is, and then I got to s3... She must be suffering from something severe, so I can't blame her, but the people around her are in dire dereliction of their duty of care to allow her to go through with this.
