Lorry Hill has posted her video on buccal fat removal after many other influencers have discussed it. Lorry is the best (imo) as this she is objective. I feel like you need to have a naturally very full face and only a partial fat pad removal for this to look good long term. I honestly think this procedure makes already thin celebrities look dramatically older as they age. The current trends in plastic surgery seem to give such dramatic results, especially when multiple procedures with a dramatic effect are done on the same face or are done on someone who isn't a suitable candidate. I'll stop before I go on a massive rant about how unethical and money hungry this industry is...

You really do…that’s why buccal fat removal seems to look ok long-term on kpop idols (Jenny from blackpink is a prime example of buccal fat surgery turned good) on angular faces it just makes them look older. Especially on Caucasian candidates, you would think they want to hold onto their cheek fat cuz they age the fastest.

You need strong cheekbones, too. To contrast the look and balance your face. Otherwise you end up with Lea's diagonal-looking cheekbones.

I like Gary Linkov's video on this, and agree. I think everyone here looked better before the buccal fast removal.

My face is basically a perfect circle (I'm a small person, but genetically ~blessed with chipmunk cheeks) and I would do a half removal tbh. It would end up being jarring if I went for the full removal, I think.
