The older sister in the case asked for it to be dismissed in September. Also released this statement that totally doesn’t sound like she was pressured into dropping charges :/

“We are glad that we can all put this behind us,” the woman said in a statement to TMZ after filing the request. “My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years - and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us.”
