Oscar winner Riz Ahmed and Screen Actors Guild Awards nominee Allison Williams will announce the Oscar nominations the morning of Tuesday, January 24 at 8:30 AM ET / 5:30 AM PT. They'll be back to the old format of doing the nominations live from the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
