it is industry standard but some artists are more shameless about it than others. taylor released literally 25+ versions of the midnights album

last week or the week before taylor released 4 (!!) more digital versions of her album that each had a different behind the scenes look at one song. her stans were pissed because the new clips were like 30 seconds each and were from an interview you can listen to on youtube lol.
