I think he's deliberately being squishy with what he'd consider steroids and he follows it up with a joke to deflect so I'd say he's full of shit.

I’m with you. Pratt has always and remains squishy. LOL. He has clearly lost weight and got into “shape” but he still looks normal. Doubt he was on roids; definite yes to Efron and Hemsworth - I am not that sure about Jackman. Like he was pretty buff but everything looked proportional and he never looked like The Rock or Hemsworth, etc….but what do I know.
