December 24, 2022 Former Smiths frontman and human trash can Morrissey has been dumped by yet another record label as well as his management.
Or as a press release on his website puts it: “Morrissey has voluntarily parted company with Maverick/Quest management. Morrissey has also voluntarily withdrawn from any association with Capitol Records (Los Angeles.)”
Morrissey was previously cut loose from BMG which he blamed on the label’s “new plans for ‘diversity.'”
The troubles don't end there though. Now Miley Cyrus wants to be taken off his yet to be released album. Cyrus "volunteered" backing vocals for the track ‘I Am Veronica’ about 2 years ago. You can hear a snippet of the song below.

October 30, 2022 While Cyrus herself hasn't commented, Morrissey posted the news on his website.
Other artists claimed to be featured on the album are Iggy Pop, Jesse Tobias, Andrew Watt, Josh Klinghoffer, Chad Smith, and Flea.
