An FTX Update: Bankman-Fried Extradited, Associates Plead Guilty

Sam Bankman-Fried, has been extradited to the US and was released on $250 million dollars bond after a hearing in a Manhattan courthouse. He is accused of stealing billions in customer funds in FTX and using to fund Alameda Research. The lawyer handling the bankruptcy of FTX said the accounting may worse than the Enron bankruptcy he handled. (Jesus Jerome Christ!)
Bankman-Fried must surrender his passport and remain in home confinement with his Stanford Law professor parents in Palo Alto. His parents secured his bond posting their home equity as collateral.
Also an update that fellow higher-ups in FTX (co-founder Gary Wang) and Alameda Research (former CEO Caroline Ellison) have pled guilty and are cooperating with federal prosecutors. Like a wise man in the Crimetown podcast once said, "Once you see your name vs. the United States of America, shiiiiiiiiet, just go ahead and plead guilty".
