One of the senior citizens at my work pronounces it "yowl" in his thick mexican accent but I think he's just fucking with us, he knows how to say it 🤣

I can't speak to how she's using it but at my company it's one of the preferred terms to "you guys" as it's considered more inclusive when talking to a group of ppl

pretty much any L in an english accent that isnt at the start of the word or followed ends with an ee sound will sound like a W unless you are a toff or a toff in deninal about being a toff.
