On the eve of the first-ever Game of Thrones/House of the Dragon fan convention, HBO has uploaded a sizzle reel highlighting moments from Jon Snow's journey over the course of every season of Game of Thrones, prompting speculation from fans that news about a spinoff is coming.

While HBO has the Jon Snow spinoff in development, it has not yet been announced as in production. The video plays almost as if it were a recap at the beginning of a new season, if Jon were the main character. Kit Harington initially conceived and pitched the idea and should the series be picked up, he'll be involved in a creative capacity as well.
Appearing recently on the Happy Sad Confused Podcast, Harington remained coy, saying “The only thing I’ll say is that I know nothing about it.” Gwendoline Christie, who played Brienne, was also recently asked and she said, "Well, I really don’t know about that. I think it depends if Kit Harington remembers quite how many favors he owes me."
