Nah they've treated Pokémon on their flagship like dirt always. Zelda is the holy grail. They will test and test until they have that right.

I've played a little and yeah, it's not great. I could tolerate the glitches even, but the lagging is terrible

I’d heard about these motorcycle Pokémon but good god

In my day we had blobs with faces and little penises poking out of the ground and that was plenty! *shakes fist at cloud that is probably a Pokémon too now*

Oh there are wobbly penis Pokémon popping out of the ground near the ocean. Don’t you worry about that representation.

I don’t remember experiencing any bugs with the other releases. This one has so much potential but I noticed right away little things that made it seem unpolished and then some weird bugs as I adventured. Tbh tho I am a Sims player so nothing I couldn’t ignore. I’ve ignored worse.

LOL yeah the glitching isnt great but I’m not super bothered by it and its tolerable. my game lags a lot tho, like itll be frozen for seconds before a character can move

I've sunk quite a few hours into Scarlet at this point and it is so frustrating because this could have been a really amazing game if they spent another year or two developing it. Instead, it looks like a PS2-era game and runs terribly on the Switch. I know people also complained about Legends Arceus but I had zero problems with that game and thought it looked decent so it's extra jarring how bad Scarlet is in comparison.

I have Scarlet, play docked, I close and open the game each time I play (which is like once a day for several hours), and have the day 1 patch. I've had some frame drops, a couple of wonky camera angles, and slow moving npc, but that's been mainly it, iirc? I haven't had any bugs like those in the tweets.

Game Freak absolutely deserves to be dragged over this.

At the same time, I'm having so much fun exploring the fields. I'm not far along story wise, but I'm enjoying it and love there are different tracks. There are some small improvements that are nice, like hit Y to send that pokemon to the first position. Then there's B not being sprint anymore, which I think was also the case in Sw/Sh, but I'm so use to it being sprint, it's hard to stop, lol.
