The greatest rapper of our generation, Megan thee Stallion, has won her restraining order against her label, 1501. It's been a mixed-bag for female rappers the past few days with Nicki receiving zero Grammy nominations, but this is the good news we've all been waiting to hear.

The court ruled that "irreparable harm is imminent to" the Grammy winning artist. This is due to her label & distributor having too much power to prevent Megan from performing her music--which she was (and now IS) set to do at Sunday's ceremony.

The dispute was over performing her top 20 HIT "Her." Megan's attorney stated "I believe 1501 may simply [be] trying to object to the use of Pete’s music to be used in promotional content leading up to the AMAs because Pete and 1501 have been engaged in contentious litigation for over two and a half years, and 1501 simply wants to harm Pete’s image and career.”
