Jennifer Lawrence will no longer star as Elizabeth Holmes in Adam McKay's BAD BLOOD, she told me. She came to that conclusion after watching Amanda Seyfried play Holmes in "The Dropout": "I thought she was terrific. I was like, 'Yeah, we don't need to redo that.' She did it."

It’s all just too late, the moment’s over, and we’ve already been saturated with tellings of this narrative. Between books, podcasts, documentaries, and tv series, and now the whole downfall and trial a thing of the past it just feels so lame to have one more retelling limp across the finish line.
