Danielle Harris (who played Jamie Lloyd in Halloween 4 and 5 and Annie in Rob Zombie’s films) and Scout Taylor-Compton (who played Laurie in Zombie’s films) discussed meeting Jamie Lee Curtis at a party following the premiere of Halloween Ends.
Harris approached Curtis saying she played her character's daughter in the fourth installment, to which Curtis bluntly said, "I've never seen those movies, I don't know who you are." Harris expected this to be followed by a "just kidding" from the Halloween mainstay but that moment never came.
Scout Taylor-Compton started crying and said that her experience was very similar to Harris’s but did not go into further details.
The two acknowledged that Curtis might have been having a bad day and was probably busy with the event.
