Maybe to pay homage the second Addams family movie. In the sequel Wednesday gets sent to a summer camp where she is forced to act in a Thanksgiving play lol.

My friend works at Netflix. It was supposed to be out October 18th but then something happened and they had to push it back. He made an announcement on Facebook and everything and then took it down 🥴🤷🏾‍♂️.
