Taco Bell's latest ad is apologizing for its past complicated yet "innovative' breakfast items such as the Naked Egg Taco and the
waffletaco. “We honestly over-innovated in breakfast,” admitted Sean Tresvant, Taco Bell’s chief brand officer, in an exclusive interview. “When you look at today’s consumer and the [fast food] breakfast business, it’s about familiarity and it’s about comfort.”
No new breakfast items have been announced by Taco Bell which makes this ad even more bizarre.
