Celebrities walk the red carpet for George and Amal's inaugural Albie Awards

George and Amal Clooney spotlighted justice defenders at the inaugural Albie Awards in New York City. The married couple formed the Albie Awards to honor individuals who, at great personal risk, have devoted their lives to justice.

The Albie Awards were named for Justice Albie Sachs, who was awarded a lifetime achievement award for his work to ending apartheid in South Africa.

Many celebrities came out to support the inaugural event and walked the red carpet. See some looks below.
