ONTD Original: Terrible movies with great soundtracks

Sometimes, as the title implies, an awful movie ends up with a confusingly good soundtrack. Maybe the director/producer had connections. Perhaps it was a big-budget movie that had the ca$h to blow on the rights to use the music, but the movie itself was butchered in post. Or they used black magic. Who knows

The Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland. Meh film (though I did love Anne Hathaway as the White Queen and Stephen Fry as the Cheshire Cat), amazing soundtrack.

are we talking the Almost Alice cd? Because I came here to say that when it was released it was pretty much a playlist of artists i was listening to at that point.

ohh that film let me down but I remember that Kerli did a song with Tokio Hotel for it and that blew my mind
