Brie Larson was at this weekend's D23 Expo to showcase The Marvels to attendees. After the presentation, the Variety reporter (who is a terrible interviewer BTW) asked her "how long will you play Captain Marvel for?"
Her reply: "I don't know. Does anyone want me to do it again? I don't know, I really don't know. I don't have an answer to that."
Many people assumed her reply was a response to the unwarranted hate and harassment she has suffered on the internet the past 4 years.
Like clockwork, some of the usual suspects started calling her insufferable, unlikable etc, while most came to support her.
