Remember when Cara Delevingne was acting erratically at the Billboard Music Awards? Well, she was doing more weird stuff.
Cara was photographed riding with her feet out the window of a car on the way to Van Nuys airport in California. She walked in with just yellow socks on her feet -- no shoes.
She and her entourage were two hours late for the flight on Jay-Z's private plane. They sat in the plane on the runway for about 45 minutes, then left without taking off. Once she was off the plane, Cara appeared very jittery, made bizarre facial expressions, and dropped her phone several times while talking on it.
