Discovery's three episode docuseries The House of Hammer (about Armie Hammer and his family) premiered on September 2. I heard one of the victims didn't like this series cause she felt her trauma being exploited(?)

Yeah, she wasn’t interviewed so they used footage from the public statement she made.

fwiw I was following this closely when the first accusations dropped and Effie... I feel for her but she really sabotaged the whole thing. She clearly wasn't stable and I could be wrong but iirc she made easily disproven claims, came out to speak *against* other victims, and generally tried to push her narrative of what had happened to HER on all of AH victims, discreting them. I remember there were rumors of an in depth investigative journalism piece dropping and then Effie went off on insta and it all went dead in the water.

yeah I feel for her but she's messy and kind of a bully to the other victims as well, I'm glad she wasn't a part of this

Yes, I mentioned this above and included a link about it. Her issue is not specifically with the series overall but that she declined to be interviewed for it and then they used screenshots of her posts and footage of her press conference.
