‘Barbarians’ Season 2: Netflix October 2022 Release Date Confirmed & First Images
The German Netflix Original series Barbarians (Barbaren) was renewed for a second season, Barbarians will be returning to Netflix in October 2022.

Season one focused on the battle of Teutoburg forest in 9 AD and to the fates of three lives that were connected to each other when the Germanic tribes attempted to halt the spread of the Roman Empire.
In season two the Roman troops have returned to Germania, stronger than ever, and Ari/Arminius (Laurence Rupp) is once again confronted with his Roman past.
His brother has joined the Roman side to punish him for his betrayal of Rome. While Thusnelda (Jeanne Goursaud) and Ari try to unite the tribes against Rome, Folkwin (David Schütter) makes a sinister challenge to the gods.
