Måneskin's singer Damiano David and his longtime girlfriend Giorgia Soleri adopted a new cat, Ziggy Stardust (he is blind on one eye, and has different colored eyes)
The 6 years old cat was adopted at the Oasi Felina Pianoro in Bologna, a cat shelter that also takes care of mistreated animals and last october burned down, causing the death of 8 cats.

The shelter published a few weeks ago the story of “Mattia”, the cat that arrived with a lot of problems. He did not eat, had difficulty breathing, had missing fur. Its palate was fractured because he was kicked, and for the same reason he had pain to the spine. He was also chained to the neck, and was blind by one eye.
After publishing the Instagram story, they were contacted by a couple, presenting themselves only as Giorgia and Damiano, saying that they were cat lovers and wanted to adopt him. Only after talking to them, the shelter people realized who they were. Damiano and Giorgia were updated for weeks on the cat’s condition, and a few days ago they were able to meet him and give him his forever home
