Supereroi yesterday was cute until they decided that [Spoiler (click to open)]fridging would be a good ending.

Starting American Girl now and might just go see the DBZ for the hell of it.

I finally watched The Novice last night, and Isabelle Fuhrman is so good in it that now I'm a lil tempted to see Orphan: First Kill. At least I think I am lol

I watched Little Hours last weekend and enjoyed it so I’m looking forward to Spin Me Around.

Excited to check out On the Count of Three, I missed it in theaters. Also gonna watch Spin Me Round because I like most of the folks involved with that.

Last night, we went to see E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial in IMAX for its 40th anniversary. I'd never seen the movie before (not sure why!), but I am glad that we remedied that because I really enjoyed it!! This may be a hot take, but Steven Spielberg really knows how to put together a movie. The main actor kid was not great, tbh, but holy shit @ Drew Barrymore, scene stealer!! Loved the scene at the table at the beginning, felt very real.

I cried several times, one of them being when the score kicked in here

The power John Williams has!! I'm so glad we're going to one of his Hollywood Bowl shows next month.

I remain speechless at some of the films you haven’t seen ❤️

Because I always think of you as someone who has seen every film ever made haha. I’m so glad you liked it. Lol @ your hot take.

When the boys on their bikes first take flight and go over the police cars (just before the scene you show) it makes me tingle with joy and wonder every time.

Some I like better than others but Idt I’ve ever seen a “bad” Spielberg film, he is such a great storyteller.
