In no particular order...

1. Steve Harrington from Stranger Things
"He was terrible in the first season, but his friendship with Dustin and the gang in the later seasons is so genuine; he's had a good redemption arc."

Cara Mason from Legend of the Seeker. Absolutely flawless. I miss that show ;__;

I stopped watching TWD because of Negan haha, I am way skeptical that he could possibly be redeemed

Edit: OKAY HAHAH I looked at the source and are they for serious? JAIME LANNISTER??? GTFO. Absolutely not. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am still so angry at the fact that they literally had Brienne sleep with him after years of nasty negging, and then he literally ditches her almost immediately after screwing her to go back to his stupid incest twin sister. NO, D&D AND GRRM, NOT EVERY AMAZINGLY TALL WOMEN IS JUST WAITING FOR SOME ASSHOLE GUY TO GIVE US A PITY FUCK AFTER HE'S CALLED US HEINOUS BEAST AND WHATNOT FOR YEARS AND YEARS

Jaime/Brienne shippers go away

Man, I loved Cara so much. And I miss that show too. My books are so well worn and dog-eared.

I choose to remember season 3 of Game of Thrones and Jaime going back for Brienne in the bear pit and getting his hand cut off was the perfect start to his redemption arc. We don't talk about the rest.

I wish the bear had eaten him!!

really, though, I mean, great that he saved her, that's GREAT, but you know, I hate stories where a guy spends so long treating a woman like garbage, insulting her constantly, etc etc and then she ends up falling for him, it's just.. gag

it was an exceptionally good-looking cast lol, I loved that it was equal opportunity with the objectification, too. how many times was Richard tied up and shirtless? lmao

him cutting woods in the forest shirtless, him in the lake and the sex scenes... they really gave us everything by the end lol hot women in very tight suits, kahlan in her white outfit, cara's whole arc. honestly such a hot show gone too quickly

lol I still have so many Seeker icons from like. 12 years ago. I have never let go. I will die mad that it got canceled too soon and that Sci-Fi had the option to save Seeker or Merlin and chose to save Merlin

when I watched the pilot and like two minutes in Richard was slow-mo shirtless chopping wood I was like... oh yeah... this is My Show

FWIW Jaime's book arc is WAY better and more complete re: redemption. His arc in the show was one of the experience-ruiners for me.
