Madame Web starring Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Emma Roberts, Adam Scott and others is currently in production. Today, we finally got info which character the cast will be playing.
Dakota Johnson is Cassandra Webb (Madame Web)
Sydney Sweeney is Julia Carpenter (Spider-Woman later known as Madame Web)
Celeste O’Connor is Mattie Franklin (Spider-Woman)
Isabela Merced is Anya Corazon (Spider-Girl)
The above castings are not the strange part tho, since we have already known that the movie will have multiple Spider-Women. What's strange are the characters played by Emma Roberts and Adam Scott.

Adam Scott is playing Ben Parker, aka Uncle Ben
Emma Roberts is playing Mary Parker, Peter Parker's mother
And from the set photos revealed last week, Emma Roberts characters looks visibly pregnant.

So is Adam Scott's playing the same uncle Ben who was married to Marisa Tomei's Aunt May from the MCU Spider-Man movies? Is Emma Roberts Mary Parker pregnant with Peter Parker who will grow up to be played by Tom Holland in the MCU movies? Or is this some multiversal shit and these characters are not related to the MCU at all??
Guess we'll find out next summer when the movie comes out.
