One random thing that bugs me, though, is that she has multiple honourable titles, but no outlet ever mentions it. It's always Dame this, Sir that, OBE old white person, but Michelle never gets addressed properly :(

Tan Sri is actually the second-highest federal title you can get (awarded by the king), so if I'm not mistaken, it should be enough to refer her to as Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh.
Like, I'm not demanding people to care for royal titles or the monarchy at all, and I honestly don't know how she feels about her titles always being omitted internationally, but I've met actual Ambassadors and court people who only had a much lower-ranked Datuk title. imo if media uses titles, then be consistent, don't write Sir Ian McKellen and ignore Michelle's when she is literally of the same rank! Asian honours don't mean less just because they're Asian.
