This case is about Rebekah Vardy suing Colleen Rooney for libel. Colleen needs to prove that it isn't Rebekah's team, but specifically Rebekah herself.

Can you imagine what was in the texts they destroyed/lost, with all the horrible shit she said in the texts that were handed over? A poisonous person and a delicious outcome.

The texts about Vardy calling Rooney a c*nt and using the anniversary of her sister's death as an excuse to get in touch with her ... how did she think it was a good idea to sue Rooney and have it all exposed? Her legal team must have warned her against legal action. Just bonkers

Apparently they did advise her against it (as did Rooney’s lawyers with her, though she had less choice given she was defending and Vardy wouldn’t settle)

I'm 100% sure they did, and several times. I'm flabbergasted that she went ahead with it anyway, knowing the contents of the texts they were able to retrieve.

I can only think that she was clueless about how much they'd be able to get access to and thought they couldn't get them

Her dumb ass probably thought she would be able to destroy those too like she destroyed some of the other messages but her and her agent were too stupid to accomplish that.

Yeah, there was clearly something they didn't want seen on that phone.

Yeah MTE even though some people are saying this story is just gossip or whatever, there were a lot of red flags with the evidence shared showing the way Rebekah spoke about Coleen in private, so god knows what she/her legal team decided to hide.
