Addams Family Values definitely has the best. I really liked the therapist in the video <3. I get along pretty well with my family now, but there's definitely a lot of minefields that have to be avoided and basically I just avoid conversation topics I know I'll disagree with my parents on. My biggest gripe is growing up super religious. My mom is still pretty obsessed with church.

I admire my younger sister for telling everyone what she wants, like feeling like my parents don't tell her they're proud of her or being vocal about feelings. It's funny because in my head that's just normal. Like we don't really tell each other we love each other a lot or are super touchy feely, so I'm glad she let us know. I also feel like the younger siblings have a very different relationship with our parents since they got a little more relaxed later on. My dad had some anger issues when we were young, but really made an effort and has it under control now and I feel really lucky for that. It's definitely a big part of why my older sister has a hard time getting along with them/moved in with my grandparents when she was 16.
