But really I agree. Muscles are nice, but like... Attainable muscles. Not 6000 calories + 8 hours in the gym and probs steroids muscles.

Hugh Jackman in the first X-Men to whichever Wolverine movie where he was overly ripped really shows how the male gaze also effects men. I wish there was more discussion around it instead of "workout like Wolverine!" articles in Men's Health.
