I’m actually impressed that a original character for the show was comic adaptation worthy.

That’s impressive. I hope she gets more work. Even though she doesn’t have to, cause she’s set for life.

Happens all the time!

X-23 from the Marvel universe was first introduced in the X-Men: Evolution cartoon before she was ever in a Marvel comic. After she had been in the comics for a while, then they made the "Logan" movie.

Harley Quinn was originally made for the Batman: The Animated Series show, she didn't exist before then and was originally intended to only be in one episode.
