I like my grey hair. I have felt pressure to dye it, pretend to be 35 again, no thanks. We all have huge issues to address, I know. This is one small battle. Paget Brewster, best known for her role on Criminal Minds, has been growing out her hair in its natural salt and pepper state for a while now. She posted on Twitter that she's felt pressure to dye it in order to look younger, but is standing firm in her decision to age gracefully. Felllow actor Melanie Lynskey responded positively to this sentiment:
As someone who is also not doing anything to pretend I’m not my actual age, I very much appreciate you. I hope that a few of us making these little decisions add up to some actual change happening in terms of women’s body image. Also your hair is glorious
