Captain America 4 starring Anthony Mackie will be helmed by Julius Onah, director of “The Cloverfield Paradox” and “Luce”.
The movie will build upon on the events from the 2021 Disney+ series “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier”, and is being written by the show’s creator and head writer, Malcolm Spellman, together with Dalan Musson, a staff writer on the series.
There's no title or release date yet but expectations are high that Marvel Studios will announce both later this month at San Diego Comic-Con.
