sad because this feels like another nail in the cancellation coffin, haha, because why not save the script if it's so good, but I've also more or less accepted that reality anyway :(

I get to live in a world where the Orville is canceled after three seasons and there's over 9000 Star Trek shows I have zero desire to watch :(

I am thinking of starting Babylon 5 tho since I noticed it's on HBO Max! I've heard very good things

I tried to start B5 and the terrible quality of the picture turned me off. That and my depression's need for instant gratification.

Are you me? haha. I noped out because of the video/CGI quality. I couldn't get over it at all.

Tom mentioned on Reddit that they will be able to shoot it one day, but there's also a possibility that it really would have fit best in season 3. At least we get something, though.

I know we talked about this already, but SNW is actually still holding up. It's very dorky cute but will tear your heart out when it needs to.

I'm waiting until the season is over (or probably more accurately, until Orville is over hahah) before I dip into SNW. And I'll be going in with expectations LOW.

I do think Anson Mount is incredibly fuckable

B5 is so good. The set up is pretty slow, but when it comes into itself, it goes hard.

You can check out SFDebris reviews if you want to get some perspective before diving in.
