I mean, they came to an understanding about it because Darulio was essentially roofie-ing people with his pheromones. And I was rooting for Kelly to kick her ass when Telaya threw that in her face.
tbh, the Ed/Telaya dynamic was super interesting to me until this episode. The depths of her fascism are too much for me at this point, when before her hardliner stance could kind of get excused as religious indoctrination. The psychological torture of people who choose to end a pregnancy was psychotic. And I don't know that I would buy her changing for "love" (for Ed or her kid), reason or anything besides maybe sheer pragmatism over the Kaylon.

THIS is why I never thought they would "go there" like this. And you can tell, when [Spoiler (click to open)]Ed went, "You KILLED a man!" that, honestly, I think their relationship is irreparable at this point. But maybe Anayah will become the link of peace between their two societies without Teleya having to go through a 180 with her feelings/values (as wrong as they are). So I definitely agree with you. Hopefully she doesn't change for "love". But I think there's a possibility that Ed and his daughter could form some sort of bond in the future and maybe that will be what changes the game. It's so exciting to

I don't know...maybe the Kaylon attacks their planet and she gets coup'd or she Supermans the kid out of there to Ed.

I wouldn't go so far as to say I didn't care for the twist but I do agree that I went into this episode carrying a serious torch for the Ed/Teleya ship and ready to have some fine Billy Joel moments and then she was basically Marjorie Taylor Krill, so lmao, nope. I think her fanaticism is actually logical given her character arc, but she still sucks!

All of this =( I knew that as soon as she killed that Krill president, and subsequently attempted murder on the union president, that any small flame Ed had for her was gone which makes me sad. I'm dying to see where they go with all of the Anayah stuff though.

Yeah, definitely, the best way forward seems to have her isolationism and Krill exceptionalism blow up in her face.
Marjorie Taylor Krill
