Regé-Jean Page confirmed that he's not going back to Bridgerton for season 3. He announced it in an Instagram post with a picture with co-star Jonathan Bailey

At this point I hope they do. If they keep the Duke's role small, it shouldn't be a big deal to replace Rege and would be less conspicuous than having the Duke completely absent imo.
