Nearly a year after being asked to leave a Delta flight for yelling at his wife, former Arrow star and current Heel Stephen Amell and said wife, America's Next Top Model alum Cassandra Jean (of "I specifically asked for Mia Farrow in Rosemary's Baby!" fame), have welcomed their second child, a son named Bowen.
Bowen was born in LA last month via surrogate, and joins an eight-year-old sister, Maverick.
No word yet on whether their neighbors have dropped off a gift to welcome the new arrival.
