Just a week after the 3rd season of the The Boys premiering on the platform, Prime Video announced it had ordered a 4th season. Over the first 3 days of streaming, the new season's initial episodes drew a sizable global viewership, up 17% from Season 2

This season has felt boring to me. There have been some good moments but mostly flat energy. I hope it picks up.

This show is so disgusting, but I can't stop watching. Mostly because I love [Spoiler (click to open)]Kimiko. She better not die. I suspect that she has simply lost her powers, and that Soldier Boy's blasts can do that, and maybe he'll take away Homelander's powers too?

In a way I hope she doesn't lose her powers but at the same time I think that's exactly what he does, whether he knows it and can control it or not.

Soldier Boy is everything and I hope he doesn't die because I really need him and Homelander to have a face off and for Homelander to get the brakes beaten off of him, a team up with Maeve to do it would not be amiss.
Laz Alonso is a damn gift, his face when he realized they didn't find the weapon that killed Soldier Boy, that Soldier Boy WAS the weapon? The pure terror? Amazing.
Hughie is about to get addicted to some shite.
Kimiko better recover or I will riot.
FUCK A-TRAIN. I might hate him now more than Homelander and The Deep combined, for real, for real.
Starlight is about to lose her mind, it's been coming for a while but Supersonic getting murked for being a genuinely good friend? Erin Moriarity's eyes said everything. She's going to do whatever it takes to kill Homelander even if it means she dies with him.
Stan Edgar does not give a single fuck about Homelander and it drives him nuts. He needs Edgar and Billy's fear/approval so bad and that's going to be his downfall. Bet.

Marvin/Mother's Milk is the MVP!! He's the one functioning brain cell of The Boys, Butcher is such a bad leader - it's interesting how this season seems to be drawing parallels between him and Homelander and how they treat others

MM is the only reason all of them haven't revolted against Billy and I would not be surprised after what happened to Kimiko and Hughie if this was the last straw. Billy is, in his own immensely effed up way, trying to protect Ryan and Hughie but he has no idea how to do it in a way that won't mess them up mentally in the long run because his dad fucked him up so bad.
Also, it kills me that John Noble is everyone's bad dad: LOTR, Fringe, Cowboy Bebop and now this? The minute he shows up I'm like, 'Well that explains EVERYTHING that's wrong with this person.'

I am enjoying it but I'm getting real tired of fucking Homelander and Imma need him to die for real forever real soon. I know he's like, the driving villain behind it all and people love to hate him and for those reasons it's wishful thinking, but I'm getting fed up. Idk anything about the comic but surely there are other antagonizers in the wings or something.

I had to pause the show and play the Pepsi commercial for my husband as soon as I realized what they were doing, that was great.

They did fake me out with SuperSonic not actually being a baddie, some good red herring work there.

It is so wild how consistently they have shown A-Train to be a terrible person, and yet the viewer is still somehow put in a position to hope that maybe he will change for the better. Of course I guess it's possible that Homelander could have just overheard their convo, and I think they kept it vague so you couldn't be sure.

As soon as Frenchie and Kimiko started making future plans for "after this one last mission" I knew shit was not going to end well.

How many eps is this season?? Glad Soldier Boy is finally out and about, I am so curious to see how his power plays out.

I agree with the A-Train comment. I think it’s really to drive the point home that nobody on this show actually truly changes. Once an asshole, always an asshole!
